Contest Rules and Disclaimers

Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of SmartAdditions, Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

This is a rolling contest beginning on the 1st of each month and ending on the last day of each month, then resetting to zero (0) and starting over.
SmartAdditions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, even if no prize has been awarded.

To enter, complete the Entry Form (“Enter the giveaway”) provided on our contest page.
By entering this contest, you agree to be added to our subscriber mailing list and SMS list. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise indicated (i.e. “Tickets”).

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The first winner will be chosen on the 15th of the month; the second winner will be selected on the last day of the month.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry, no later than the 5th and 20th of each month, respectively.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize is valued at $89.95 and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s U.S. address at no cost.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of SmartAdditions, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.
SmartAdditions, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the rules, or engaging in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior.

SmartAdditions, Inc. is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues outside its control.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless SmartAdditions, Inc. from any claims arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for contest administration and as described in our privacy policy.
